Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Lee Manor, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, assisting with their daily activities, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

• Documenting residents' vital signs and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics

• Support in feeding residents who require assistance

• Providing emotional support to residents and their families

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
