Neighborhood Helper to CNA

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Escort residents to appointments and outings

- Help to maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents

- Assist with resident meal preparation and dining

- Document resident care activities and report any changes in condition to the nursing team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

- Prior experience working in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively

- Compassionate and patient nature

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
