Fenton Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Receptionist to join our team as a part-time “Receptionist-Every other Weekend”. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Register patients by verifying their information and collecting necessary details.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, as well as route calls to appropriate individuals.
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
• Provide information to patients and visitors as requested.
• Respond to email and telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Manage and update patient records accurately and efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
