- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of clients' HVAC systems
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs and answering any questions or concerns
- Keep thorough records of service calls and maintenance tasks performed
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and products to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certification or license as an HVAC Service Technician
- Experience in the HVAC industry, including performing repairs and conducting preventative maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
