Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join our compassionate team at Venza Care, delivering exceptional support at Holston Rehabilitation and Care Center! As one of Venza Care's 17 facilities across Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana, we are dedicated to setting new standards in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions
• Take and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship
• Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices
• Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $16.50-$18.25/hr commensurate experience
Shift Differential:
Nights: $1.00
