We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Progressive Air Systems, Inc. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and replacements to residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will work closely with our team of technicians and customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of all job requests.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting diagnostic tests to determine HVAC system malfunctions
- Repairing or replacing HVAC system components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Maintaining and cleaning HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Providing excellent customer service by answering customer questions and addressing their concerns
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting all service activities and maintaining accurate service records
- Following safety protocols and company policies at all times
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Possess EPA certification and the ability to pass a background check
- Have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and customers
- Are able to handle physical demand requirements of the job, including lifting and carrying equipment
- Are driven to provide exceptional service and have a passion for problem-solving.
