HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Rawlings Heating and Cooling. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of heating and cooling equipment. You will be working in both residential and commercial settings, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on various HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and components
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated or inefficient systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
- Possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems.
