Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Bethany Life, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Our unique household model allows us to break away from traditional clinical settings and provide a warm, personalized environment for our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining the balance of dignity, rights, and safety for each resident while fostering meaningful relationships with them.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Monitor and assess resident conditions, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

• Foster a sense of family and community within the household.

• Participate in staff education and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.

• Prior experience in geriatric and long-term care is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Salary

$30.00 - $31.50 per hour

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus!
