Temecula Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. We are a leading healthcare facility committed to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our residents.

As a Rehabilitation Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our residents in their journey towards recovery and improved quality of life. Your dedication and compassion will directly contribute to their overall well-being.


Responsibilities:


• Provide assistance and support to residents during rehabilitation sessions
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Help with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the rehabilitation area
• Support and encourage residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care


Requirements:


• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Compassion and empathy towards residents and their families
