Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $500 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Veterans' Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Repairman 2 to join our team. As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of our facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Repair and replace faulty equipment and components.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in maintenance and repair work.
Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail and quality.
