Job Description: HVAC Installer
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our rapidly growing team at Maynard Select. As an HVAC Installer, you will work primarily on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, installing and maintaining various HVAC equipment and components.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Work with a team of skilled technicians to ensure all HVAC projects are completed on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and make necessary repairs and modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school or apprenticeship in HVAC installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments
