Position: Asphalt Distributor Operator/Driver

As an Asphalt Distributor Operator/Driver at Hutchinson Operator, you will play a crucial role in our asphalt paving operations. You will be responsible for operating the asphalt distributor truck, ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of hot liquid asphalt to designated areas.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Operating and maintaining the asphalt distributor truck
• Driving to designated areas and applying hot liquid asphalt
• Ensuring the proper application of asphalt and achieving the desired thickness
• Performing pre- and post-trip inspections of the equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of materials used and work performed
• Following all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker endorsement
• Previous experience operating an asphalt distributor truck
• Knowledge of asphalt paving operations and techniques
• Ability to read and understand job specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
