As an LVN with our company, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for our residents. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met, while also providing compassionate support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and reactions to medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct care and support to residents with empathy and respect
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of nursing care and residents' progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive care experience
- Uphold regulatory and ethical standards of nursing practice

Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- CPR certification
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
