Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and assistance to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Support residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

- Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio
- Experience working in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
