B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC services provider in Reading, Pennsylvania, is in search of a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician at B&L Ott, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems. You will be working alongside our highly trained team, with an opportunity for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Install new HVAC systems according to company and manufacturer standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients and addressing their concerns
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on HVAC systems
• Ensure all work performed meets safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification or training from an accredited technical school
• 3+ years of experience working in HVAC services
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and transportation to travel to work sites
