Job Description

At Point Place Healthcare And Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis to ensure their safety and well-being
• Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring patients' response to treatment
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Performing dialysis procedures and maintaining accurate records of patients' dialysis treatment
• Educating patients and their families about dialysis treatment, lifestyle changes, and self-care to promote optimal health outcomes
• Recognizing and managing dialysis-related complications and emergencies
• Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile dialysis environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dialysis RN
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care

BONUS: The successful candidate will receive a $5,000 bonus upon completion of their probationary period.
