Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
ACV-2 AIR CONDITIONING is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Hialeah, Florida. As a HVAC Service Technician with us, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, analyze problems, diagnose fixes, and communicate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
- Communicate with customers regarding system operation and recommended solutions
- Complete paperwork and maintain record of services performed
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification and/or experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends and after-hours if necessary
