Whether it's engaging in meaningful conversations, participating in recreational activities, or offering assistance with daily tasks, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Foster a warm and friendly atmosphere for residents

- Engage in conversation and actively listen to residents' needs and concerns

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities

- Monitor and record residents' condition and report any changes to the appropriate personnel

- Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification preferred

- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate and patient nature

- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
