Job Description: HVAC Installer
Altamaha Heating & Air is a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions for homeowners, and we are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems for our clients. Responsibilities
• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with current HVAC industry standards
• Work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Communicate with customers to identify problems and make recommendations for new systems or repairs
• Install HVAC equipment and ductwork in new construction and existing homes
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• Work with team members and support staff to coordinate installation and maintenance projects
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation or maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• EPA certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and over-time if needed
