Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Zenner & Ritter Heating and Cooling, a locally owned and operated mechanical services company since 1930, is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Buffalo, New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a HVAC Service Technician with Zenner & Ritter Heating and Cooling, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. Your duties will include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems
- Conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Performing system tests to ensure proper functioning
- Communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction and answering any questions they may have
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- HVAC certification or related degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service or installation
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a team and independently
