Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Aide to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and making beds
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain infection control standards
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar setting is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents and staff
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and infection control procedures
