Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to join our team. This is a full-time position.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents and overseeing the daily operations on your assigned shift. Your primary duties will include administering medications, implementing care plans, monitoring resident health, and supervising nursing staff. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to our residents.

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
