Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Gillette, Wyoming. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance, installation, and repair services.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and has excellent problem-solving skills. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of HVAC systems while enjoying a fun and collaborative workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance of HVAC systems including cleaning, lubricating, and testing components
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Provide prompt and courteous service to clients
- Document all services and repairs completed
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in HVAC is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC technical skills and methods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license
