Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' comfort by providing accurate diagnosis, maintenance, and repair services for various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. With your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, you will help us maintain our high standard of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform System Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions and ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems.
2. Repair and Maintenance: Effectively troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including but not limited to compressors, condensers, pumps, fans, thermostats, and ductwork.
3. Installations and Upgrades: Assist with the installation and upgrade of HVAC systems, ensuring proper alignment, connection, and insulation.
4. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all relevant safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies. Complete accurate documentation of all service activities, including time, materials used, and work performed.
5. Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing timely updates, recommendations, and resolutions to their HVAC concerns.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, providing assistance, guidance, and support when needed.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of proven work experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification or vocational training is highly desirable.
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, controls, and their functions. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
4. Certifications: Valid HVAC technician license (if required by local regulations). EPA Universal certification is a plus.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Ability to accurately record and report system conditions, issues, and recommendations.
6. Physical Ability: Must have the physical stamina and dexterity to perform the necessary tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and team members in a clear and concise manner.
8. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage a diverse workload, and meet deadlines.
