Baptist Village Communities are hiring friendly and professional Dining Services Team Members for our Dining Room and Kitchen Service, who are seeking to serve the retirement community through their compassionate and caring attention.

Job Description

The main function of a Dining Services Team Member is to be responsible for setting and clearing tables for each meal. Taking orders and serving food as it is ready. It also includes helping in the preparation of foods as needed. Each person is responsible for maintaining a high standard of sanitation while handling foods and equipment. Proper operation and care of equipment, proper cleaning and sanitizing of all dishes, utensils and equipment. Using proper dishwashing techniques and helping with cleaning tasks as assigned.

You must be cooperative, willing to learn and follow directions, have a caring disposition toward residents and all employees. We look for Team Work, Leadership, Interpersonal skills, Dependability, Patience, Compassion, and Communication skills in all our Team Members.
