Assistant Director of Nursing

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Pearl Of Rolling Meadows,The. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall nursing operations of the facility
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective nursing services
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating nursing personnel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
• Monitor and assess the quality of nursing care provided
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven knowledge of nursing best practices and standards
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills
• Current CPR certification
