Overview:

We are a well-established and rapidly growing HVAC company looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC systems according to specifications and codes.
- Perform maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure top performance and optimal energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site and communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with other team members including technicians, supervisors, and management to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or license for HVAC installation and repair required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their operation.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by client demand.
