Job Description: HVAC Installer
Twin C Inc. - Daves Htg. & Cooling is a growing and passionate HVAC/R service company, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team in Greencastle Indiana.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing and replacing HVAC systems, conducting inspections, and performing maintenance and repairs as needed. You will work closely with our team of skilled technicians and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and a certification or license in HVAC installation or related field. You must be able to follow safety protocols, adhere to deadlines, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable working on a variety of systems, including AC units, furnaces, and heat pumps.
Responsibilities:
- Install and replace HVAC systems according to specifications and code requirements
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems
- Educate clients about HVAC system operation and maintenance
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Certification or license in HVAC installation or related field
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on a variety of systems, including AC units, furnaces, and heat pumps
