Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

The Treasury Management (TM) Specialist is responsible for assisting clients and bank staff with inquiries on TM products and services. This critical operational support role for the Bank will act as a liaison between clients, private banking teams, and bank staff to promote clear communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a technical and software product specialist for TM deposit products and services.
• Assists the TM Department with problem resolution by opening cases with vendors and communicating with clients and bank staff on resolution statuses as appropriate.
• Maintains and monitors e-banking relationships, Remote Deposit Capture relationships, ACH relationships, and all documentation and compliance surrounding these areas, including the electronic storage of all TM agreements and documents.
• Prepares product review and renewals for officer review.
• Reviews remote deposit items and monitors daily client limits.
• Processes lockbox payments.
• Completes daily positive pay process.
• Manages daily client needs regarding wire and ACH limit modifications, as well as a broad array of additional key TM client support activities.
• Maintains a detailed inventory of remote deposit scanners and orders additional equipment as needed.
• Continually supports all TM products and services, including primary interface with core service provider for deposit product related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience within the banking industry required.

Additional 1-2 years of experience in Treasury Management banking operations preferred.

Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of TM products and services.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external clients.

Can work well under pressure with the capability to remain calm and courteous at all times, especially when handling difficult calls and requests.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer recommendations and/or solutions to complex client inquires/issues.
