As a part-time Associate Tech Support Analyst on the Telecom team, you will: Provide proactive monitoring and response to communication and alarm system alerts. Troubleshoot and administer enterprise level CCTV systems. Diagnose and resolve issues with VoIP technology. The weekly schedule for this position is typically four 8-hour shifts with one shift on a weekend day. The schedule is generally consistent but is subject to change according to business needs. Maximum Base Pay: 26.10 Required Qualifications: High School diploma or its equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in a service desk environment, technology support and/or knowledge of technology hardware or applications used in Publix stores, warehouses, or distribution facilities. Experience working with or educational knowledge of a variety of Voice circuit technologies and hardware (B1,T1,VoIP,PBX,Avaya/Cisco IP phone sets) Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree in computer science or in an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting PBX\\BCM\\IP Office telephone systems. Experience working with industry standard network cabling (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber Optics) Experience working with or via educational endeavors on various Cisco Switches Experience working in an organization utilizing formal processes such as Change Management, Incident/Problem Management Experience working with alarm systems and fire suppression devices: Anzul, dry and wet sprinkler systems, HVAC, and ventilation dampers. Experience working with CCTV and surveillance equipment. Experience working with paging and music systems, music on hold, Amplifiers, Dish and Direct TV receivers.
