Job Description: HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects, within established budgets and timelines.
We are looking for someone who has a hands-on attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, while maintaining a focus on quality and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in compliance with local and national codes and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within established timelines and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and basic plumbing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in HVAC systems preferred
