Aperion Care Capitol is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis through our Tenure Program. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Observe and document residents' health conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Assist with mobility by using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly and prioritize resident needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of [State].
