As our HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and other related equipment.
- Identify and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks, including cleaning, testing, lubricating, and adjusting system components.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnoses, repairs, and equipment installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide high-quality service, answer questions, and provide recommendations for improving system efficiency.
- Stay current with industry developments, trends, and technologies to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
