Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing direct and individualized nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of quality care is delivered.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Windsor House At Champion, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and evaluating the health status of residents
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and managing resident medical conditions
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
