This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $2,800 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months

Job Responsibilities of a Social Worker at Moravian Manor Include:

  • Provide Social Services support for residents entering Moravian Manor Communities in Residential Living and Personal Care
  • Work as an advocate for residents with the intent of helping them maintain their highest level of independence
  • Assist with completion of initial Social Service paperwork, including social histories, discharge plans, needs assessments, and identification of supportive services and care transitions
  • Provide assistance with Medical Assistance process for services
  • Completes needs assessment interviews, enters information into records, and updates need for supportive services

Job Requirements of a Social Worker at Moravian Manor:

  • Must have a BS in Social Work from a school approved by the Council in Social Work Education or a BS in a human services field such as Sociology or Psychology
  • Knowledge and understanding of aging population
  • 3-5 years' experience working with seniors
