$24.00 /hr

Responsibilities:


Under the direct supervision of the registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician or other health care provider authorized by the state; will participate in the development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for the facility.


Qualifications:


  • Current student enrolled in a Registered Nurse Bachelor of Science Degree program or a Registered Nurse Associate Degree program or no more than 30 days graduated from either program.
  • Active Nurse Technician license in practicing state.
  • To obtain Nursing Technician license must be currently in nursing school and have completed 2 quarters of school or 1 semester (dependent on school requirements), have good grades, and be in good standing at your school.
  • Demonstrate understanding of state and federal rules and regulations that govern the practices within the facility.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software.
  • Must meet all local health regulations and pass a criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
  • Ability to successfully pass Company medication test.
