Position: Executive Director/Assisted Living

As the Executive Director/Assisted Living at Quadrangle, you will be responsible for leading the overall operation and management of our assisted living community. You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living community
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of care
• Manage and monitor budgets, financial performance, and occupancy rates
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
• Promote and market the community to potential residents and their families
• Participate in community and industry events to enhance the reputation of the community and stay updated on senior living trends

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the senior living industry
• Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets
• Passion for providing top-quality care and enhancing the lives of older adults
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
