The Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Of New Port Richey is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. As a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in New Port Richey, FL, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Job Summary & Qualifications:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated RN who will provide direct and indirect nursing care. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and conflict resolution skills and will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, monitoring the administering of all medications and treatments, and managing the care plan processes. The candidate must have an active RN license and a sincere devotion to caring for the elderly.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect nursing care
Supervise clinical staff (such as LPNs, CNAs)
Monitor the administering of all medications and treatments within the facility
Manage the care plan processes and communicate all care plan instructions to patients and their families
Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
