The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $4,800 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

About the Role

Union Theatre is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Union Station. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive work environment for our staff.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team during shifts
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
