Market price: $4,800 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months
About the Role
Union Theatre is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Union Station. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team during shifts
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
