Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician with our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repair various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will be expected to provide timely and quality services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC systems and related components, such as thermostats, motors, and compressors
- Installing new HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components
- Fulfilling work orders and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed
- Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service in person and on the phone
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to all safety guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree in HVAC or related field preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
