Healthy Planet Epic Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled Healthy Planet Epic Analyst to join one of our largest IT healthcare clients in the greater Texas area. This role involves building and analyzing dashboards, requiring an Epic certification in the Ambulatory Module with a strong analytical component. The ideal candidate will have a robust background + certification in the Healthy Planet module and extensive experience working with data. Additionally, a proven track record with inpatient and outpatient modules in Epic is required. Certifications in Epic and a background in a clinical setting are also crucial. The candidate will leverage their expertise to support data-driven decision-making and enhance the use of Healthy Planet with the company and enhance the end client's needs. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions. The ability to clearly articulate complex data insights and provide actionable recommendations is key to success in this position. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards, performing data analysis to support clinical and operational decision-making, and ensuring the effective use of Epic modules. The analyst will also conduct regular meetings with clinical staff to gather requirements, provide training and support to end-users, and troubleshoot any issues related to the Healthy Planet module. Additionally, the role involves staying up-to-date with the latest Epic updates and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user satisfaction. Skills and Requirements -3+ years of experience working as a Healthy Planet Epic Analyst. -Background and recent working experience in a healthcare setting. -Epic certifications in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory modules. -Recent experience working within inpatient and outpatient modules in Epic. -Heavy experience in analytics and crunching large amounts of data in most recent role. -Additional Epic Certifications including but not limited to ClinDoc, OpTime, ASAP, Anesthesia, Prelude, and Resolute professional billing. -Willingness to travel once a month or less to North Texas for client meetings and collaboration with end client.
