Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $2,600 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 8 months


Robert G. Dent Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including both ductless and ducted systems
• Perform system maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all work performed is completed efficiently and to the company's high standards
• Safely operate and maintain all tools and equipment
• Ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and standards


Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in HVAC installation
• Proficient in HVAC equipment installation procedures and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong understanding of fundamental HVAC principles
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• EPA Certification and NATE Certification are preferred but not required
