Job Description:

As a HVAC Service Technician at Cassell Brothers Heating and Cooling, you will be responsible for performing skilled work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. You will be part of an exceptional team that strives for excellence in all areas of work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide them with information on HVAC services and products.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a technical or vocational school program in HVAC.
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems effectively.
- Knowledge of codes and regulations related to HVAC.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
