Job Description
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to rendering assistance to resident seniors with their activities of daily living; such as hygiene, grooming, bathing, dressing and eating. The person in this position maintains required reports and documents on residents, charts all procedures on nursing care rendered, and performs related work as required in accordance to Title 22/OBRA.

SCHEDULE & WHAT WE OFFER:
• $1300 SIGN ON BONUS
• DAY, SWING & NIGHT SHIFTS available (7:00am – 3:30pm, 3:00pm – 11:30pm, 11:00pm – 7:30am)
• Full-Time ( 4 on/ 2 off), Part-Time & On-Call ( varies) positions available
• Rate of pay – $24.35 per hour (which includes stipends for professional licenses/certificates). As well as shift differentials ($0.40-$1.10)
• Shifts include every other weekend and some holidays
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least one year experience in Geriatric Care preferred
• Patience and understanding of the aged, tact and courtesy in dealing with residents & guests
• Previous C.N.A. and SNF experience is preferred
• Must hold current California C.N.A. certificate
REQUIREMENTS
Required to maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to staff and residents. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet health assessment requirements as regulated by the California Department of Social Services, including TB testing and fingerprint clearances required by California DSS/CCL. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing sufficient to perform the tasks required.
