Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents
- Following all policies and procedures to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
