As a HVAC Service Technician with Fox Plumbing and Heating Inc, you will be responsible for providing our clients with top-quality service for their HVAC systems. Your duties will include inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and installing various HVAC systems. You will be expected to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in a timely and professional manner while ensuring excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Fill out service reports and provide necessary information to the office
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing the job
- Keep up to date with industry standards and technologies
- Represent Fox Plumbing and Heating Inc in a professional manner and provide top-quality services to our clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
