Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our clients and team to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating units, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues and potential solutions
- Install and replace HVAC equipment and systems as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration service
- EPA certification
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
