Activity Aide

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Aide to join our team. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents. Through various recreational activities and programs, you will help enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Activity Aide will include:

• Assisting in the development, planning, and implementation of various recreational activities and programs
• Engaging with residents to encourage their participation in activities
• Providing individualized support and guidance to residents during activities
• Assisting in the setup and cleanup of activity areas
• Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and progress
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable activity program

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role or a strong interest in working with seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with various recreational activities and programs
