Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24/hour

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant - Hybrid? You’ll be:

• Providing general executive support and organization

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail correspondence, and daily schedule

• Assisting with meeting preparation and scheduling, including global personnel and locations

• Arranging conference rooms for large events and supporting program planning activities or offsites

• Coordinating travel plans and reconciling travel expense reports

• Handling approval requests that require VP approvals

• Assisting with equipment needs and access needs for new employees

• Representing the office in a professional manner through phone, e-mail, and in-person interactions

• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care

• Have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• Can plan, prioritize, and support multiple assignments and projects simultaneously

• Are proactive in resolving issues and concerns

• Are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

• Have excellent relationship skills and are a team player

• Have experience working with executive or senior-level management and supporting their needs

• Hold an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline or have equivalent work experience in the field
