We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Watertown, Wisconsin. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend solutions to customers
• Communicate with customers to explain repair options and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work after-hours or on weekends if needed
